Commander's Intent Encoding

Machine-readable representation of mission purpose and acceptable actions.

Definition

Commander's intent encoding is the formal, machine-readable expression of mission purpose, end-state, and constraints (rules of engagement, geofences, abort conditions) in a form an autonomous wingman can interpret without continuous supervision. It is the central abstraction enabling intent-based command of CCA fleets at scale.
