Echelon-specific subset of the COP focused on the tactical fight.

Definition

A Common Tactical Picture is the tactical-echelon view shared by elements actively engaged in a fight, typically with higher fidelity, lower latency, and tighter scope than the theater-wide COP. CTP services are the consumers most sensitive to mesh-network resilience.
