Definition

An AI fires recommender ingests a track stream, applies rules of engagement and effects libraries, and proposes a ranked list of shooter-effect-target triples to a human decision-maker. FIRESTORM in Project Convergence is the canonical Army example, with analogous capability in Air Force ABMS and Navy Overmatch experiments.
